Refund/Exchange Policy

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

In keeping with SIA PRINTS goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this Refund/Exchange Policy (“R/E Policy”), together with the terms of use, sets out SIA PRINTS procedures and policies in accepting exchange/replacement of a product that has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Site. Any Exchange/Replacement of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Site. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Site.

1] REFUND/EXCHANGE TERMS

The User/customer are entitled for a refund/exchange in the event an incorrect, wrong, defective or damaged product has been delivered. It is hereby clarified that notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the user/customer is entitled for an exchange or refund only in case of where an incorrect, wrong, defective or damaged product has been delivered and not for any other reason.

In an event of refund or exchange, the user/customer shall raise a refund or exchange request by writing to us at care@siaprints.com with the photographs of the product, order number, price tag and packaging of the product as received at the time of delivery within seven days from date of delivery. Thereafter, if SIA PRINTS is prima facie satisfied after inspecting and assess the photographs sent along with the exchange / refund request, it shall initiate pick up of the said product. Further, on receipt of the product in question, SIA PRINTS shall conduct its own verifications and checks with regards to the product sent back and after satisfaction, SIA PRINTS shall (i) in case of exchange, initiate the dispatch of the correct product to the user/customer’s address or (ii) in case of refund, initiate the refund to the source account from where the user/customer initially paid for the product.

Exchange/Refund for Products shall not be entertained by SIA PRINTS if:

i. Defect less or Correct product is delivered;

ii. The product, tags, box, and original packaging material have been damaged or discarded by the User.

Pick up of the purchased Products for exchange/refund is facilitated through SIA PRINTS’ reverse-logistics partners or by SIA PRINTS itself. Upon a User making a request for exchange/refund of Product and the same being duly acknowledged by SIA PRINTS, SIA PRINTS or SIA PRINTS’ reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the User in order to collect the purchased Products from the User and delivering it to SIA PRINTS. While SIAPRINTS has made reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India, currently,   has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection cannot be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In events where SIA PRINTS is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for exchange/refund from the User, the User is required to self-ship the Product to  ’ shipping warehouse, the address for which will be intimated to the User upon the User placing such request for exchange/refund. Upon self-shipping the Product to SIA PRINTS’ warehouse, the User shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt and email it to care@siaprints.com for SIA PRINTS’ records. The aforesaid return by self-shipping the Products is subject to the returned Products passing quality check by SIA PRINTS.  

That self-shipping by the User shall be done only on prior written approval of SIA PRINTS and in the event where the User claims to have self-shipped the Product in accordance with the process set out in the paragraph above and SIA PRINTS does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the User shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to SIA PRINTS to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to SIA PRINTS. It is specifically clarified that any exchange/refund shall be processed by SIA PRINTS only upon it receiving the returned Products and concluding required verifications and checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the User, as the case may be.

2] NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Custom-Made Products: All custom-made products are generally considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are found to be defective or incorrect due to our error.

Clearance Stock: Products sold from clearance stocks during clearance sales are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and sold as-is.

Color Variations: We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
